Based on the two main teaching methods,including Grammar-Translation Method and Audiolingual Method which are practiced in the primary comprehensive classroom of Kazakh National University Confucius Institute from 2017 to 2018 by using observation,behavior research,literature research and data statistics,etc.Both of two kinds of teaching methods were mentioned in this paper to discuss their own principles and characteristics,the use of teaching methods and to analyze the behavior of the teachers and students in the class,research and reflection,then provided advice on teaching and learning.In this paper,through the careful analysis and research on the characteristics and teaching process of two kinds of teaching methods,found that although the two teaching methods were quite different,they were complementary in teaching practice and achieve better teaching effects on the basis of correct use.After that,the first and second volumes of the textbook “New Practical Chinese Textbook(Russian version)” were evaluated at last,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and countermeasures were provided from the following aspects: object,characteristics,principles and purposes,style,topic,vocabulary and grammar.Finally,the final conclusion was drawn through the analysis of classroom cases,and it was believed that the reasonable use of mother tongue and target language can be flexible and changeable in the end through the comprehensive use of teaching method,so that students can achieve sufficient sense of gain in Chinese courses.
