A Research On Chuang-tzu's Theroy Of Self-cultivation

In the era where the war was frequent and the hundreds of clans were fighting each other which called the pre-Qin dynasty Chuang-tzu explored how to cultivate the nature of life and what kind of realm can be achieved by the cultivation of life based on the theory of life nature.And thus create a distinctive pedagogical system of cultivation.In the article "Geng Sang chu",there is a discussion of "sexuality is the quality of life".Through analysis and research,we can find that "nature" is the "Tao" and "de" implementation and internalization in living individuals.It is the end point of the implementation of "Tao" and "De".At the same time,it is the starting point for the life individual to return to the "Tao" and "De" through self-cultivation.It includes the important connotations such as "simpleness","the truth" and "beauty".In the era of Chuang-tzu,due to the duality of human beings' external objects and the social environment of war,the human nature was gradually lost.So Chuang-tzu proposed the "cheng he" cultivation,the "inaction" road,the “health taken-care thinking”,and the "sexual rehabilitation"."The main content of the cultivation of the nature is to use the path of the shape and mentality to repair,to use the inaction method to make the yin and yang clear,to eliminate the opposition between people and everything,to its own life and mind." The stocking and guardianship will eventually return to the realm of "Tao" and "De".From the perspective of Chuang-tzu's self-cultivation theory,we analyze the story of "Xiao Yao You",the Kun transformed to a big bird,the Peng “get fury and fly away”,then to the "Infinity" of people.The “Kun to Peng” is the stage of “the shape of formation”.The stage of promotion of human beings is the stage of "preserving the body".This is the initial level of the cultivation of the realm,and the necessary stage for the deeper level of cultivation and higher realm.The stage of "migrating in the South" after "rise to fly" means that people open their hearts and feel freedom,from the tangible and limited understanding of the world,to the invisibility and infinity of the world from the height of "Tao";When people "walk infinity",they truly achieve the realm of being one with the road and being free.This process of super-uplifting to the upper layer is the sequential display of the realm that life has reached after being cultivated.
