As a philosopher in the Warring States period,Chuang Tzu still influenced contemporary people even after more than two thousand years. This paper attempts to systematically study Chuang Tzu's psychology, trying to find out the answer to the question of life that has not been tested by the changes of the times. The full text is divided into six parts.Introduction, from the background and significance of the topic selection, introduces the research situation and research content of Chuang Tzu's psychology, and combs the comparative research situation. The first chapter introduces the background of Chuang Tzu 's psychology.Chuang Tzu and Chuang Tzu were examined, and the practical significance of Chuang Tzu's psychology was viewed from the social situation.Chuang Tzu 's breakthrough was seen from Chuang Tzu's thoughts on spiritual issues and the development of ideological influences such as Confucius. The second chapter discusses Chuang Tzu's Dao,seeks the inheritance of Chuang Tzu's way to Laozi's way, explores the characteristics of Chuang Tzu's Dao,and discusses the relationship between Chuang Tzu and the heart. The third chapter introduces the two states of Chuang Tzu's heart, that is,the heart that does not conform to the "Tao" and the heart that conforms to the "Tao".The former is mainly characterized by three kinds of typical:heart, name and heart. The secular heart, the latter is the "constant heart","humble heart" and "tour heart" that Chuang Tzu believes should be pursued. The essence is that the Tao is in the heart, the heart and the Tao are one,the spirit transcends reality, does not matter outside, and stands in the realm of freedom and self-sufficiency.The fourth chapter discusses the main methods and ways of self-cultivation.Chuang Tzu's nourishment does not refer to the skill of Pengzu's generation to seek health, but to avoid being innocent. The Qiwu is for the open-mindedness of the spirit, escaped from the secular state of being bound by ethics, and makes the state of mind more comfortable and indifferent.Through the "heart","sit and forget" makes the heart return to the emptiness, and then achieves the realm of spiritual freedom. The fifth chapter begins with the overall perspective of Chuang Tzu's thought and explores Chuang Tzu 's concern and attention to the pursuit of spiritual openness and spiritual freedom.Secondly, the discovery from Chuang Tzu 's methods of inner cultivation can be used as a reference for the cultivation of modern human minds. Finally,Chuang Tzu 's perspective on thinking is always human-centered,paying close attention to the contradiction between the inner and the real society, and thus solving the problem. This is very important for exploring the ideas and methods suitable for modern human spiritual cultivation.
