| With the development of human society,there have also been a series of comprehensive response mechanisms to natural disasters.The study of regional disaster history,the summary of historical experience to draw lessons from the contemporary era and actively and selectively learning the relevant knowledge of local nationalities existing in the regional society still has positive significance for the future trend of disaster history research and the construction of the actual disaster relief system.The reason that Qingshui River Basin disaster and its social changes in the Qing Dynasty are selected as the research objects is as follows: on one hand,the diversity of the types of regional disasters is taken into consideration,on the other hand,from the perspective of disaster history research,the study will have a new interpretation of the regional reconstruction of Miaojiang society.The paper consists of introduction and text.The text contains four chapters.The introduction explains the reason of this thesis and reviews the academic history of natural disasters in Qingshui River Basin in Qing Dynasty.Chapter one discusses the ecological environment and development of Qingshui River Basin.The second chapter makes statistical tables and bar charts according to various historical documents,In order to expound the types,characteristics and distribution of natural disasters in Qingshui River Basin in Qing Dynasty.Natural disaster management in Qingshui River Basin in Qing Dynasty was the regional practice of natural disaster management in Qing Dynasty,The third chapter mainly discusses three links: pre-disaster preparedness,relief in disaster and post-disaster comfort.Chapter four analyzes the specific relationship between natural disasters and social changes from the perspective of political changes,economic changes and cultural changes caused by naturaldisasters.The conclusion part reviews this paper,excavates and summarizes the comprehensive guarantee system under the custom of disaster prevention and relief in national areas of qingshui river basin,hoping to provide historical reference and inspiration for the continuous occurrence of disaster prevention and relief problems and the construction of social security mechanism. |
