Study On The Family Property Management Activities Of Jiang Enrui In The Qingshui River Basin In The Late Qing Dynasty

Since the middle of Ming Dynasty,"reforming the soil" and "acquisition of the imperial timber" have been carried out one after another in the Qingshui River Basin.The power of the Central Government and the influence of the non-governmental businessmen gradually infiltrated this area.After the waterway from Qingshuijiang to Yuanjiang was dredged,wood resources have been greatly exploited.Accompanying the wood along the river is the silver and the upward movement of the culture.People living in the Qingshui River Basin are also greatly affected by economic development.Their means of subsistence and management are also undergoing changes.Based on the documents and materials left over from the Qingshui River Basin,this article selects the representative of Jiang Enrui and analyzes its economic activity mode so that we have a typical understanding of real estate business activities in Qingshui River Basin.The specific content of this paper is divided into four parts.Part One: The Development of Qingshui River Basin in Late Qing and Early Republic of China and the Family Environment of Jiang Enrui.Based on the available research data,this part illustrates the development and changes of the Qingshui River basin during the period from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republican period,including political,economic and land-water traffic changes,including the changes of "salty military forces" influences.In addition,we also analyzed the family situation of Jiang Enrui based on the available literature,including family lineages,members and economic composition.The second part: the classification of real estate business activities.This part mainly based on contract documents,a detailed study of some of Jiang Enrui industry content.Mainly include the mountain forest management,basement management and field operations base and lending business,these types of economic activity is the basic form of growing family assets of Jiang Enrui.And analyzed the characteristics of different economic activities and their purpose.The third part: real estate business activities in human relations.This part of have three factors to be discussed from the object inspection and transaction process to examine factors that affect the interpersonal relationships.According to the difference of the transaction contract,this paper analyzes the role played by the Chinese people and the pen in the trading activities.Finally,it summarizes the influence of the twoconcepts of property rights and social status on the interpersonal impact of the relationship.Part IV: real estate business activities of the business philosophy and business model.This part is the conclusion part of the article,which is mainly based on the previous economic activities in several aspects.In this part we analyzed some of the business philosophy of Qingshui River Basin similar to Jiang Enrui economic activities such as ethics,local concept,concept of property rights and so on.It also includes a summary of some business models embodied in economic activities,such as the widely used "shareholding system","outsourcing system","swap and pawn" and so on.
