The study of historical and social changes in pastoral areas is an important part of contemporary Mongolian history research,In April 1946,The People?s Government of the Xilingol League was established,and some banners its jurisdiction have successively established people?s governments at all levels.1 May 1947,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Government was set up,and then launched a democratic reform in pastoral areas.The democratic reform abolished various forms of feudal privileges,liberated the productive forces of pastoral areas.From the founding of the People?s Republic of China to the recovery of the national economy,during the period of socialist transformation and socialist construction,many changes took place under the influence of the state policies and systems at that time.People?s communes were established in 1958,and ownership of the means of production in pastoral areas,that is including livestock and pastures,changed from private to collective ownership.As Bayangol village?s concerned,its historical changes are caused by the changes in the policies and systems of the pastoral areas of the state and autonomous regions.The study is based on the data collected from the archives of West Uzhumchin Banner.At the same time,it is effective to exercise the local historical records and statistics,and combined with the oral data to conduct a comprehensive study.This study not only based on the historical changes of Xilingol pastoral area,but on making up the social changes of pastoral area in Inner Mongolia.The paper consists of five parts: introduction,text,conclusion,reference,and appendix.The introduction part mainly introduces the research purpose and significance,research conditions of formers,research methods and paper innovation.The text consists of three parts.In the first part mainly introduces the basic situation,historical origin and population structure.The second part discusses the changes of this village in different historical periods.The third part mainly analysis the reason and influence of the historical change.The conclusion sums up and summarizes the full text.The appendix section contains pictures of relevant archival materials.
