Research Of The Government Responsibility Ethics Under The Background Of Media Convergence

In public administrative activity,responsibility is indispensable part in the topic,to safeguard social fairness and justice,to realize the stable development of public services,has become the important content of the current administrative ethics research.The popularization of science and technology brings the upgrade speed of information transmission,which not only reflects the development of human society civilization process,but also brings to a holistic reflection for the whole human fate and for the future of the world.In modern social life,people use information technology more skilled,as well as the form of medias change more rapidly,which both promote the exchange and fusion between information,also prompt media gradually showing the trend of "integration".Media development brings to the government responsibility ethics construction not only opportunities also new challenges,from the perspective of "media convergence" to study the government responsibility ethics,not only opening a new perspective of responsibility ethics research,but also broadening the new field of government responsibility ethics research.The ethical dilemmas and conflicts in the public sphere of the society are presented,and the responsibility of the government itself becomes one of the focus.This paper mainly analyzes the government responsibility ethics from three aspects: public service,administration staff and government system,aiming to clarify that,the value basis and service concept of government in providing public services,moral behavior and responsibility of the liability subject in the administrative ethical dilemmas and the definite principles and features in the process of system design.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the government responsibility ethics generate new changes and existing problems under the background of media convergence,and trying to explore a better solution to the current government responsibility ethics construction.
