Painted cultural relics occupy an important position in the cultural relics handed down by the Chinese nation.However,due to factors such as materials,production techniques and environment,painted cultural relics are prone to cracking,lifting,hollowing,falling off,discoloration and other diseases.The reinforcement of polychromy has always been a difficult point and focus of cultural relics protection.Although cultural relics workers use many different methods to reinforce painted artifacts,they lack systematic and targeted research reports.Based on the investigation of ceramics and cultural relics,this paper prepared laboratory simulation samples for the two common diseases of the non-painted leather paintings,such as crispy powder and cracks,and using Paraloid B72(abbreviated as B72)as the reinforcement agent.different processes were used for the protection test research,and the suitable reinforcement process conditions were established.The main research contents are as follows:1.Preparation of laboratory simulated crisp powder and cracking and lifting samples: According to the genetic design scheme of two common diseases,the three kinds of pigments of cinnabar,stone green and enamel powder commonly used in ancient painted samples were used to make the simulated samples.When making a sample of crispy disease,no rubber is added to the pigment,and imitate the situation that the rubber is completely lost in the simulated painting,and the effect is lost.When the cracking and lifting sample is made,the painted layer is quickly dehydrated by heating for a short time.The painted layer is cracked and tilted.2.Application of reinforcement agent application process and concentration: B72 is used as reinforcement material.According to the common reinforcement concentration of cultural relic protection,2% and 5% of B72 are selected to strengthen the crisp powder samples,respectively,by painting,injection and coating.Four methods of spraying were performed and the reinforcement effect was evaluated.The experimental results show that it is better to use B72 with a concentration of 5% for the treatment of crispy powder,and it does not affect the appearance of cultural relics.The cracking and lifting disease was reinforced by injection and spot coating.By rating the effect of repulsion,5% of B72 had the best reinforcement effect,and the injection was easier to operate than spot coating.3.Characterization of the reinforcement effect of two types of simulated samples: for the crisp sample,the appearance of the painted appearance before and after the reinforcement was observed by the naked eye,the chromaticity change was analyzed by a spectrophotometer,and the reinforcement strength was evaluated by the ultra depth of field microscope;The uplift sample was evaluated by reference to the evaluation method of the paint skin back effect.In this study,the shortcomings of the commonly used method for evaluating the reinforcement effect of painted cultural relics were used.The surface of the painted surface was worn by different roughness sandpaper.The super-depth microscope was used to observe the microscopic observation and three-dimensional image of the painted surface before and after wear,and the variance was used to characterize the surface roughness and wear.The condition,in turn,evaluates the reinforcement effect of the crisp sample.At present,there is no report on this evaluation method,which is somewhat innovative.Using this method,the reinforcement effect can be quantitatively analyzed,which has certain guiding significance and practical value for the characterization of the painting reinforcement strength.4.Investigate the effect of the moisture content of the pottery substrate on the reinforcement effect of B72: the water content of 0,5%,10% and the saturated water brick and plain pottery tablets were used to evaluate the effect of B72 on the color change of the stone green pigment layer and the strength of the painted reinforcement.The experimental results show that the ceramic substrate has low water content,good reinforcement effect and small color change.In this study,the suitable reinforcement technology was selected for the crispy and cracked uplifting of ceramic artifacts,and the evaluation method of reinforcement strength was innovated to repair and protect the cracked and cracked cultural relics.Has a certain meaning.
