Research On Confucianism Education System Of Xunhua During Period Of Qing

Confucianism education system is an important tool for the dynasty to enlighten and popularize ideology.The Confucian education system of Xunhua consists of three parts: government-run schools,private schools and talent selection.During the reign of Qianlong,the Qing Dynasty established official education in Xunhua,which was the beginning of the education system of Confucianism in Xunhua.The official school of Xunhua Office undertakes the important task of Training Reserve officials for the Qing Dynasty.Therefore,the teaching of legal and penal titles was added to its educational content.In the aspect of staff management,it also focuses on guiding students to abide by their duties.However,the livelihood of officials and students can not be effectively guaranteed.In the late Qing Dynasty,new-style schools sprang up in Xunhua,which made innovations in educational content,teacher selection and daily management.As an important institution of enlightening education for grass-roots people,Yixue plays an important role in the Confucian education system of Xunhua.In the Qing Dynasty,righteousness was incorporated into the national education system and supported by funds.The quality of teaching was guaranteed by strictly selecting teachers and strengthening the management of students and children.The gentry in Xunhua also contributed a lot to the establishment,operation and management of Yixue.Xunhua not only imparts knowledge and enlightens people through schools,but also builds a way for the people of Xunhua to rise in class through the selection of talents.It depicts the future life of the people at the grass-roots level after accepting Confucianism,increases the people's willingness to study,and further promotes Confucianism.Xunhua children through the county trial to become gentry to open the official road.After the abolition of the imperial examination,we improved our life through the diversification and specialization of personnel selection in Xunhua.In the Qing dynasty,although Xunhua established a relatively complete Confucian education system,its special geographical location,complex ethnic composition and diversified religious culture made the Confucian education system inthis area have different characteristics compared with the central plains.Throughout its development process,the Confucian education system of Xunhua arose and was destroyed due to the turmoil,and its scale has never reached the point of covering the whole area of Xunhua.Subject to Xunhua economic development level;The separation of Confucianism from the grassroots of Xunhua;The competition of Islam,Tibetan Buddhism and other religious beliefs and the bureaucratic inherent "yi xia zhi" concept of the restrictions.The implementation effect of Confucian education system in Xunhua was far different from that in the mainland and the original intention of the Qing dynasty.
