“Shu Fa” of DaChong guang was completed during the reign of Emperor Kangxi in the early Qing Dynasty,and it also was a famous calligraphy theory in that age.It has 27 chapters with more than eight hundred words.The whole article is short and the language is refined.This dissertation focuses on the writing theory of Chinese characters of “Shu Fa” to conduct deep research.Firstly,the researcher examines the accuracy of content of “Shu Fa” and organises its structure through comparing reliable content of existing different versions.Secondly,the researcher combines with three aspects to analyse the origin of the writing theory of Chinese characters in “Shu Fa”,respectively the background of the times,artistic practice and ideological inheritance.Thirdly,to discuss the thought of “Shu Fa” from skills,aesthetic standard,method of evaluation and cognitive view.Finally,the researcher recognizes that the core thought of “Shu Fa” generates a profound influence on future generations,because it is rich in time criticism,philosophical criticism and it absorbs positively the advantages of painting.
