Research On The Art Of Director Of Zhang Li’s TV Drama

Since the birth of the TV drama art,it has been accepted by the masses for its unique mode of communication.Due to the different media,TV dramas and movies are classified into two completely different art categories.Therefore,the artistic status of the TV director is not as recognized as the film director.Some scholars even put forward a slightly biased view that "the TV series is the art of scriptwriting." In fact,the director of the TV series is not only the interpreter of the story,the expresser of the individual spirit,but also the narrator of the self-concept.Therefore,the pursuit of aesthetic value of TV dramas has become an essential quality for a TV drama director.In the highly competitive film and television industry in China,Director Zhang Li is one who cannot be mentioned.He has always insisted on the new historical view that "the tragic feelings are urging in a special environment".By interpreting the tragic nature of the characters in the script,he explores from various historical materials and reasonably imagines the behaviors and thoughts that may be provoked by the situation at that time.And use audiovisual stylized images to express.He did not compromise on filming,nor was he blind,and he was tenacious,but he was not stubborn.With his artistic pursuit of video and his unique artistic attainments,he created a classic TV drama and became the "director of the most historical dramas" recognized in the circle.Especially in today’s world of historical TV dramas,how to play the director’s personal style while ensuring historical authenticity,improve the quality of art,and enrich the spiritual connotation of the audience has become a problem that the majority of artists must think about.Therefore,this thesis studies the director’s art of Zhang Li’s TV series: first,it can make a reasonable interpretation of the status of the TV drama director;secondly,it can provide a sample role for the TV series,especially the filming of historical TV series;finally,it can be the director of the TV series.Find a balance between business and art to find a reasonable way.This article takes Zhang Li’s director’s artistic technique in his TV series as the research object,and discusses it in four parts.The first part is the first chapter of the text,which mainly summarizes the research purposes and methods of the thesis.The second part is the second chapter of the main text,which mainly summarizes the Zhang Li TV series and focuses on the guiding role of Zhang Li’s film and television thinking on shooting TV dramas.The third part is the third and fourth chapters of the thesis.These two parts are the focus of this paper.They mainly start with the works of their directors,demonstrate and explore the TV narrative strategy of director Zhang Li.From the perspective of the video works of his TV series,According to the three dimensions of vision,hearing and montage,this paper deeply studies the artistic nature of Zhang Li’s film and television works,and explores the artistic pursuit and aesthetic style of Zhang Li’s TV drama.The fourth part is the last part of the main body of the thesis.It mainly analyzes and studies the film and television works taken by Zhang Li from the cultural level,and establishes the benchmark role in the Zhang Li TV drama type.Study and explore how TV directors can balance art and business in the context of over-consumption of cultural history.
