Every city has its own unique image,just as different people have different faces.These unique images have obvious differences from the geographical characteristics and natural landscape of the city.Throughout the successful urban brand cases,they have their own clear urban positioning,focusing on the artistic state of urban brand under the influence of urban culture.This article mainly through the illustration applied to the city brand image promotion practice research,to understand the brand culture and illustration collision spark.Through intuitive and easily acceptable illustration elements,the unique brand image of the brand is given to the audience to pay attention to the city brand,while accepting the city brand.Illustration is a hot trend in brand promotion.Through many cases of cooperation between enterprise brand and illustration,we can see that the propaganda effect of illustration is very considerable.First of all,we need to discuss the feasibility of applying illustration in the promotion of city brand image and in different regional cultures by analyzing the examples of using illustration in brand promotion at home and abroad.More reasonable positioning of city brand image.Taking some cities in Guangxi as an example,this paper carries out illustration design of brand image,combines contemporary aesthetics,and studies the promotion of city brand from the perspective of illustration visual image.The article is mainly divided into four parts.The first part is a comprehensive overview of the background,purpose and significance of this study.The second part is the theoretical research on the current situation and development of city brand,and through collecting data to understand the importance and elements of city brand image promotion.The third part is mainly about illustration and urban brand promotion to do theoretical and practical case studies.The last part combines illustration with brand image of some cities in Guangxi to do practical research and explore the feasibility of illustration in city brand promotion.
