The Study Of "Calligraphic Momentum" In Minuscule Lingfei Scriptures And Its Enlightenment To My Creation

"Calligraphic momentum" is the fundamental element of the language of calligraphy art,which is embodied in the use of brushes,font processing,structural arrangements and other aspects.It is an important part of calligraphy creation.Its sensibility and extensibility directly affect the form of expression of calligraphy art.This paper takes Lingfei scriptures,a classical small script in Tang Dynasty,as the object of study,to carry out the study of "calligraphy style".Firstly,the author’s background and the edition of his works are sorted out in detail.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the concept of "calligraphy potential",it is found that "shape" and "potential" have an inseparable link in the art of calligraphy,"shape" is the basis of "potential" and "potential" is the means of expression of "form".This paper analyses the meticulous and vigorous calligraphy features of minuscule Lingfei scriptures from two aspects of "generating shape according to shape" and "generating shape according to situation",and compares it with other classical minuscule works in space and time rhythm.It is further concluded that "calligraphy style" is the main factor in the formation of calligraphy style.Finally,combined with the knowledge of visual art psychology and calligraphy aesthetics,the author draws four enlightenments for the creation of minuscule at present,hoping to play a positive role in the creation of minuscule at present.Firstly,the control of line and shape is the physical and qualitative basis for the emergence of "calligraphy momentum".Secondly,"inclination" and "simplification" are the formal skills to create the tension of calligraphy space.Third,the creation of calligraphy should understand the relationship between art and nature,so as to "follow the trend".Fourthly,the relationship between the whole and the part of the works of art is inseparable,and the trend of "diversity and unity" should be created.
