With the synergetic theory of systems science,this paper examines the evaluation of cultural route from the aspects of scientific value,protection value,economic value,functional value and tourism value,then speculates its synergetic value,thus construct the Cultural Route Quantitative Evaluation Model(CREM).CREM is to be assessed and verified by the legacy protection of the military defense engineering system of the Huaihe River Region with a view to providing the basis for the protection,development and management of cultural routes,so as to promote their sustainable development.First of all,the theoretic evolution of cultural route and its elements are discoursed.With the synergetic theory of systems science,this paper defines the value index of cultural route,assessment data collection and value calculation process,of which the final result is the Cultural Route Quantitative Evaluation Model(CREM).On the basis of the theoretical framework,this paper studies the legacy of military defense engineering system in the Huaihe Region.Through the investigation of the historical evolution of the military defense engineering system heritage of the two Huaihe war zones,this paper analyzes the formation of the historical location,natural geographical environment,political and military environment and traffic environment,and combs the process of the formation of military defense engineering system in the two Huaihe war areas.The focus is the elements,overall pattern and characteristics of the Military Defense Engineering System in the Two Huaihe War Zones during the Song and Jin Dynasties Confrontation in the Southern Song Dynasty.Finally,it discusses the historical and cultural connotation of the legacy of military defense engineering system in the two Huaihe war zones.Through analyzing the history of the military defense engineering system of the two Huaihe war zones,this paper finds its legacy mainly divided into five parts: military engineering heritage,relevant military settlements,the other military-related heritage,and ecological and natural environment,thus ends up with a detailed summary and comb of the protection content.After the inclusion of the legacy of the military defense engineering system in the Huai war zones,this paper uses the opinions of experts in relevant fields to obtain the initial value(Bn),the cooperative value(Bx),the overall initial value of the legacy of the military defense engineering system of the two Huaihe war zones(Ac),synergistic coefficient(CM)and overall synergy value(Ax)to measure the integrated value of cultural heritage.And these results are to be sorted out,made into statistics and analyzed,then the weak links in developing the two Huaihe military defense engineering system heritage are found,finally,some corresponding suggestions are to be put forward.The originality of this research lies in the application of CREM and its related technical routes.The quantitative assessment diagnosing the development problems can more objectively and scientifically treat the overall protection and utilization of cultural routes.The relevant theoretical framework and research methods have some reference significance for the protection of cultural routes.
