Research On Service Design Based On Full Link Thinking

The field of service design is the focus of theoretical research and innovative design in recent years.Its practical application and value have been recognized by the society.Because of the particularity of the service itself,the research on service design is multi-faceted.Service design is a cross cutting way of thinking,focusing on users and pursuing the ultimate service experience.Full link thinking is a semantic supplement to links,which is characterized by interpretation,relevance,guidance and systematization.Service design under full link thinking focuses on service process and quality,emphasizing overall construction and creating value together.Through interdisciplinary research,combined with the current research situation of service and service design,the interdisciplinary theory is applied and applied to service design.The full link thinking is explained in detail,at the same time,the research on link thinking at home and abroad is arranged,and the related theory analysis and cognitive limitation of service design are combined to combine the link thinking and service design,and the thinking method of service design under the full link thinking is obtained.On this basis,how to construct full link thinking in service design is discussed.Starting from the characteristics of service design,this paper discusses the application basis of full link thinking in service design.Taking user experience as the main line,the process of service design is constructed: strategic layout,function definition,performance design and program evaluation.Through the three ways of "horizontal","vertical" and "no center",the service design is clearly and systematized.How to apply the full link thinking to the service design,and to combine the cases,put forward the principle and the expression method of the service design under the full link thinking,and analyze the value characteristics of the service design through the analysis of the value layer.The application of full link thinking in service design enriches the theory of service design research and contributes to the practical guidance of service design.Strengthen the service infrastructure,enhance people's perception of service;at the same time,improve the people's cognitive ability to service design,pay attention to the thinking of service design,and improve the quality of service.
