A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Self-Development Of Postgraduate Students In Piano Orientation In Henan Province

The theory of self-development emphasizes the realization of all-round development of human beings,and clarifies the goal and direction of self-development according to the change of social environment and self-demand.On the horizontal side,self-development includes self-awareness,self-planning,self-management and psychological tolerance,and vertically,graduate students at different stages have their own unique self-development.Therefore,the self-development of graduate students must be based on individual personality development,which is essential to stimulate individual potential and meet the needs of individual all-round development.This article tries to probe into the problems existing in its self-development from the perspective of post-graduate students in Henan province and puts forward some suggestions.In this study,78 postgraduates who is major in piano in Henan University,Henan normal University and Zhengzhou University were selected as the object of study.The present situation of their self-development was learned by questionnaire and interview method,and nine problems were analyzed and summarized: 1.Lack of accuracy in self-planning,2.Insufficient accumulation of knowledge,3.Degree utilitarian,4.Job pressure triggers anxiety,5.The stress of marriage and love leads to distraction,6.The teaching method lacks richness,7.Too many part-time substitute classes,8.The form of teaching is single,9.Social practice is inadequate.To make relevant recommendations on the above-mentioned issues: 1.Strengthening the guidance of learning tendency,2.Training for Employment and Entrepreneurship,3.Self-planning and self-management,4.Develop omni-directional learning model,5.Study from excellent learning experience,6.Face the pressure correctly,7.Reasonable planning of "substitute",8.Enrich the teaching form,9.Attach importance to the practical links.So far,this research hopes to let piano direction graduate students in Henan province carry on the self-orientation more clearly during the graduate students study stage,plan the self-development,adjust own study attitude,establish the good self-confidence,strive to realize personal value and life significance and help music education of Henan Province gain better development.
