Research On Cultural Construction Of "Country To Residence" Community

With the rapid development of urbanization and the gradual integration of urban and rural areas,"country to residence" community emerged.It is rather be classified as a kind of "transitional community" than absolute urban community,because it contains both the character of urban and rural areas.Residents in theses kind of communities face many difficult issues,such as the change of identity,finding new jobs and adapting to urban lifestyle.And strengthening the cultural construction of "country to residence" community can be a very important way to solve these problems.This research starts from the nature and features of "country to residence" community,and through a empirical study of Guangming community in Dantu district,we find out the current situation of cultural construction of "country to residence" community,especially problems and the cause of them.At last,we try to provide some suggestion to solve these problems.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,describing the background and significance of this study,the current research status both at home and abroad and research methods.The second part is research design,introducing core concepts,combing the theories related to this issue,proposing research idea and method.The third part presents the findings of empirical study of Guangming community.The fourth part analyses the findings described in last part and find out the problems "country to residence" communities face now,such as residents lacking of cultural ideas,absence of government culture construction system and so on.The last part puts forward some rational proposals to solve these problems,such as strengthening the cultural ideas of "country to residence" community,enriching the cultural construction content of "country to residence"community and establishing a security cultural construction system of "country to residence" community and strengthening the cultural team construction of "country to residence" community to improve the level of our culture.Research shows that there are still many problems in cultural construction of "country to residence" community,including not paying enough attention to this issue,lack of money,poor infrastructure,with residence not having enough cultural knowledge and enough enthusiasm in anticipating in cultural activities.To solve these problems,a variety of measures should be applied.First,the government need to adjust its role in the culture construction of "country to residence"community.Second,establish fomal laws and regulations to make sure this construction process is always on track.Third,It is also very important to increase the source of funding,encouraging more subjects to anticipate in this process,such social organizations and NGO.Fourth,we should encourage more professional people to participate in community construction.Last,we should improve the forms and content of community cultural activities.
