From March to June 2015,in order to cooperate with the construction of the Xu anzang Road project of the Luo yang City Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee, the Luo yang City Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology carried out archaeological excavations on two small and medium-sized cemeteries less than50 M apart from Xuan zang Road in Yibin District.A total of 88 ancient tombs,15 ash pits, and 589 unearthed cultural relics were cleared from the Warring States to the Song Dynasty. On the basis of excavation data, six Han Dynasty tombs and their unearthed artifacts numbered C11M00045,C11M00047,C11M00048,C11M00062,C11M00072,and C11M00078 are scientifically collated, classified, analyzed, and compared. The selected tombs are relatively simple and do not have a clear year.Mainly through the typology analysis of unearthed artifacts and tombs,it is inferred that the selected tombs belonged to the three periods from the late Western Han Dynasty to the Wang Xi period, the early Eastern Han Dynasty, and the Middle Eastern Han Dynasty. The burial objects of tombs were basically not disturbed. Therefore, the location of the burial objects in the selected tombs was preliminarily analyzed. The results showed that the local burial objects were placed in a clear functional area in the early Eastern Han Dynasty.
