The Research Of The Square Dance Governance In Deliberative Governance Field

The Square Dance has satisfied people’s demands of fitness and spiritual culture,however,it causes a series of problems.This paper uses the current treatment status of the square dance in Fuzhou as the research object and finds out some questions existing.For example,the non-uniform governance standards of Fuzhou’s square dance,difficulties of neighboring rights and interests’ stipulation,improper layout and construction of urban public space,uncertain demarcation of governance subject and right,NGO’s ineffective function,improper commercial operation and hidden danger of dancers’ health and so on.The causes of these questions contain the deficiency of local regulations and public ethical awareness,unreasonable layout and construction of urban public space,lack of cooperative governance mechanism and sophisticated supervisory mechanism.When it refers to the specific solutions,firstly,we should make full use of its public power to improve integrated local laws and regulations as well as to consummate the deliberative system.Moreover,bringing the function of the Square Dance Association into full play and optimizing the Square Dance’s space as well as equipment.Last but not least,it is essential to improve citizen’s public morals because people are the behavior subjects.
