The Qiao Family Courtyard was built in the Qing Emperor Qianlong Period and is a typical representative of Shanxi Jinshang Courtyard Culture.At present,the Qiao Family Courtyard is open to the “Qiao Family Courtyard Folk Museum” in Shanxi Province.Through the development of the tourism industry,it not only brings great economic benefits,but also plays an important role in the promotion and promotion of the characteristic culture of the Sanjin.With the changes of the times,different audiences accept different forms of traditional culture and explore new forms of cultural communication,which provides a new development direction for the dissemination and promotion of Qiao’s compound culture.At the moment of focusing on traditional cultural education,picture book education,especially cultural science books,has become an effective form of popularizing traditional cultural knowledge for children.Reading picture books can not only obtain knowledge information,but also help children develop good reading habits and promote parent-child interaction education.As the representative of Shanxi merchant culture,Qiao Family Courtyard culture is one of the characteristic cultures of Shanxi.It is an effective way to spread and promote the culture of Qiao Family Courtyard in the form of picture books.On this basis,this paper applies the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation to study children’s popular science picture book and analyze traditional culture and creation forms of children’s picture books.Through the field research of Qiao Family Courtyard,combined with the characteristics of children’s growth stage and market demand,this paper will systematically analyze the creative elements of Children’s Picture Book of Cultural Popularization in Qiao Family Courtyard,and convey the architectural features,history and culture,humanities conveyed by Qiao Family Courtyard.The spirit and the like are expressed in the form of picture books,so that children can enhance their recognition and self-confidence in the culture of Shanxi merchants while understanding the culture of Qiao Family Courtyard.
