Style Characteristics Of Erhu’s "Qiao Family Courtyard-love"

The symphony suite of Qiaojia courtyard was composed by Zhao Jiping,a famous Chinese music composer,based on the music he created in the TV play Qiaojia courtyard,on June 16,2007,the China Philharmonic Orchestra,conducted by Mr.Yu Long,made its debut at the Poly Theatre in Beijing,which was a great success and caused a strong response.The work is composed of six movements: "overture","aspiration","love","trade route","purgatory" and "far feelings".It depicts the life of Qiao Zhiyong,a businessman of a generation,as well as his enterprising and dedicated work,unyielding Spirit.The symphony suite of Qiaojia courtyard has a strong Shanxi local style,The Third Movement "Love" has joined the National Instrument Erhu as the main instrument,has formed one has the Shanxi Music style characteristic Erhu and the band work.The combination of the elements of national music and modern creation techniques,the inheritance of tradition and the innovation of modern are of great significance to the new works of National Symphony.
