Yuan Kejia's series of poetic thoughts in the 1940 s mainly focused on his “new poetry modernization” concept,aiming to complete the pursuit of the comprehensive quality of poetry by establishing the ideal form of “modern poetry”.Specifically,it is also prominently reflected in its expression of the relationship between “experience” and modern poetry.The author believes that there is a logical connection between these expressions,which can be called “experience poetic”.This thesis attempts to explain its formation context and connotation from two angles and three aspects,and explore its significance and limits.In addition to the introduction,there are three parts:The first part mainly examines the formation of empirical poetic thoughts in various contexts of China in the 1940 s,involving the cultural context of the times,the social reality background and the development of poetics itself.Specifically,Yuan Kejia's empirical poetic thoughts is a poetic choice made in the historical turning point of war and political contest by a liberal intellectual,including the response to the cultural reality of “modernity” and the unique care of historical reality at that time.All of that was reflected on his poetics of modernization of new poetry.Yuan Kejia highlighted the significance of “experience” in modern poetry in order to overcome the tendency of “enthusia”,“teaching” and “sentimentality” in poetry.It also promoted the more modern transformation of poetry sensibility from the level of feelings-emotion to the level of experience-consciousness.The second part focuses on the connotation of the empirical poetic thoughts.The expressions of Yuan Kejia on the relationship between “experience” and modern poetry can be understood from the two aspects of “acquisition of experience” and “communication of experience”.Placed in the framework of his critical drama criticism,it is to realize the drama of the overall direction of poetry by realizing the drama of poetry material,power and media,and then complete the integration of personal and non-personal,historical and non-historical factors in order to get the pursuit of the comprehensive quality of poetry.Specifically,on the issue of how to obtain experience,Yuan Kejia emphasized the division of life experience and poetry experience and how life experience is transformed into poetry experience.It involves the establishment of parallel relationship between poetry and politics and other social factors and the synthesis started from imagination.In terms of how to convey the experience,he also provided technical inventions such as “imagination logic on the arrangement of the whole poetry structure”,“the pursuit of language flexibility”,“the special structure of the image metaphor”and “the use of objective counterparts”.In the practice at the time,Mu Dan's poetry writing showed the particularity and richness that started from this poetic consensus and far beyond.The poetic imagination of “using physical thought” made him “the one” in the experience conveying.The third part aims to explore the significance and limits of Yuan Kejia's thoughts of experience poetic in the exploration of the modernity of new poetry and as the “tradition” of the new poem itself.Specifically,its empirical poetics focuses on how to consciously deal with the relationship between individual and contemporary experience in poetry with new feelings,imaginations,and language strategies,and complete the idea of the specific form of modern poetry in the revision and clarification of the poetics of modernism.At the same time,the significance and limitations of the exploration were also highlighted in the special modernity issues of Chinese society at that time.And how it exists in the traditional meaning of the new poetry,it is necessary to further explore the extension of its meaning and the richness of its content in the “individualization” context of the 1990 s.At the same time,the possibility and limits of the aesthetic literary theory should be reflected in the era crisis of “experience” becoming more and more scarce in the new century.
