| After forty years of sustained and rapid growth,China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development.The traditional development model of relying on factor resources to drive economic growth can’t adapt to the requirements of modern economic system.Relying on the innovation-driven strategy is an inevitable choice to drive China’s economic growth and lead the development of the new era.Digital cultural industry is a new type of industry in the field of cultural industries;it has the advantages of innovative characteristic,high growth and low carbon.At present,a new round of information technology revolution is rapidly developing,and the integration degree of culture and technology is deepening,the digital cultural industry is in a critical period of innovative development.Technological innovation is a powerful means to promote the overall competitiveness of the digital cultural industries and plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the national economy.The Guidance on Promoting the Innovation and Development of Digital Cultural Industries was officially issued by the Ministry of Culture in April 2017.This document clearly proposed the contents that the strategy of innovation-driven should be adhered to,technology research and development should be strengthened,and leading digital cultural enterprises with strong innovation ability should be fostered.Listed companies play an important role in industry development;the development quality of digital cultural industry deeply depends on the development quality of listed companies in industry.Improving the technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in China’s digital cultural industry,promoting innovative development and the improvement of efficiency not only meets the China’s policy requirements,but also helps to enhance the international competitiveness and influence of China’s digital cultural industry in the era of information network.In order to promote the innovative development of listed companies in digital cultural industry,this paper combines the relevant research results and the actuality of digital cultural industry and constructs the evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in digital cultural industry,this paper also applies three-stage DEA model to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of 34 listed companies in China’s digital cultural industry from 2015 to 2017.In the first stage,the environment and random error factors are included in the evaluation process to analyze the technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in digital cultural industry.In the second stage of research,the impact of environment and random error factors on technological innovation efficiency is estimated and analyzed.In the third stage of research,the technological innovation efficiency of l isted companies in digital cultural industry was calculated and analyzed under the condition of eliminating environment and random error factors.Finally,this paper also makes a comparative analysis of the technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in digital cultural industries between the first stage and the third stage.The empirical results show that:(1)The technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in China’s digital cultural industry is adversely affected by environmental factors.(2)The influence of environmental factors on the technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in the digital cultural industry has significant industrial differences.(3)The low pure technology efficiency is the main reason for the low technological innovation efficiency of listed companies in China’s digital cultural industry.(4)There are significant differences in technological innovation efficiency among China’s different fields of digital cultural enterprises.According to the empirical results,this paper also puts forward the relevant recommendations.At first,we should create a favorable innovation environment and provide environmental support for innovation activities.Secondly,we should improve the level of innovation management and optimize the allocation of innovation resources.Thirdly,we should adhere to innovation-driven development and promote the technical level.Fourthly,the government need play a guiding role and coordinate the balanced development of different fields of digital cultural industries. |
