Study Of Innovation System And Efficiency Evaluation For Cultural Industries Of China

Culture,which is an important power of a country in 21 century,can not only improve the quality of life and rich spiritual life,and is to create value-added industry.Cultural industry innovation is a theoretical issue and practical problem as well.The research on this problem has practical significance,and long-term significance.It may promote the development of cultural industries to the scientific and technological progress,may be a certain value of the reference views of the leap-forward development of China’s cultural industry,and may benefit for a comprehensive understanding and correct implementation of making cultural industry become the national pillar industry.In this thesis,the follow methods are used for analyzing Cultural industry innovation system:Industry innovation theory,Network analytic hierarchy process,System Dynamics,Fuzzy Decision Method.Malmquist index model and the DEA method are used to evaluate the efficiency of the cultural industry.The thesis includes five aspects,the first part of Chapters Ⅰ and Ⅱ,is the introduction and literature review section,putting forward the main research,reviewing and analyzing the related literature.The second part is divided into chapters Ⅲ and Ⅳ,respectively,to discuss innovative mechanisms and models of cultural industries and innovation indicators and dynamics systems.The third part is divided into chapters Ⅴ and Ⅵ,the main analysis of the cultural industry innovation indicator system and the innovative power system.Part Ⅳ of Chapter 7,the dynamic evaluation of China’s cultural industry technical efficiency and total factor productivity,technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Part Ⅴ of Chapter 8,full-text summary and outlook.The paper’s research results show that;1.The development of cultural industry needs to create a combination of innovative mechanisms of internal dynamics and external environment,internal dynamics,including the elements of culture,technology,talent and innovation,external environment,including policy,market and business model innovation.Through the joint efforts of the corporation,government,universities and research institutions,intermediaries and other innovative subjects,combined with a variety of innovative ways including creative culture-driven,technology-driven industrial fusion-driven and government-driven,promoting China’s regional cultural industry to a growth pattern of the endogenous drivers of sustainable development.2.Regional development of cultural industries in China are quite different,on the one hand,the development of cultural industries of eastern,central and western regions have different emphases.On the other hand,the cultural industry can effectively break through the bottleneck in the development of traditional industries in terms of the transition region,the mode of innovation and development of cultural industries can promote industrial transformation and upgrade development of the region.3.On the basis of existing literature,This paper builds up the cultural industry innovation index system,first class index for industrial innovation foundation,the industrial innovation ability,and the industry innovation environment and the industrial innovation association,index system also includes 15 secondary indexes and 31 level third index.The results show that the most important index for cultural industry innovation is Industry innovation foundation,follow by industrial innovation ability,industrial innovation environment and the innovation in the adjacent industries.4.The relationship cause and effect diagram of the cultural industry innovation system show that there is a positive relationship between regional economic development level and cultural industry innovation.The empirical results of cultural industries and research innovation system flow diagram show that the research innovative ways of cooperation is to promote research cooperation between universities,research institutions and cultural enterprises and the capability of independent innovation.5.The evaluation results of cultural industry efficiency show that the pure technical efficiency of cultural industries of most of the provinces in China is high,while scale efficiency is lower.Total factor productivity of China’s cultural industries overall are on the rise,but there are slight fluctuations in the drop.Total factor productivity improvements in each region depend mainly on the technological progress brought by capital and technology investment,technical efficiency is low.The core issue of development of cultural industry is how to improve the innovative capability of the cultural industry.In the context of seeking common development of the global and regional economies,to achieve cultural industries sustainable development,the region’s cultural industry innovation capability is the need for accurate and reasonable position.
