| As a famous great thinker in Chinese history,Confucius’s thought centers on human beings and runs through his concern for human beings.He made innovations on the basis of criticizing and inheriting the essence of the ancestors’ thoughts.His"improve person" thought reflected that people began to realize the relationship between themselves and other people and other things,and gradually pursued themselves in their understanding.They have a unique understanding and comprehension of life,and created a unique”improve person"road for future generations.Through the content analysis of Confucius’s"improve person"thought,it is clear that the positive role and value of its"improve person”thought in current ideological and political education,family education and harmonious society construction.And it can provide useful guidance for the cultivation of socialist successors in contemporary Chinese society.This article is mainly from three parts:The first part mainly introduces the forming conditions of Confucius’s "improve person"thought.The Confucius’ "improve person" thought was conceived and developed on a solid historical and cultural basis under the social background of drastic changes in economy,politics and culture.Through summarizing the experience education of primitive clan life,this paper criticizes and inherits the moral education since the three generations of Xia,Shang and Zhou dynasties,which constitutes the theoretical source of its "improve person"thought.The second part:It systematically sorts out the theory of Confucius’"adult"thinking,which is the key chapter of this article.The present,living person is the center of Confucius theory.In its nature,man has the constant pursuit and self-fulfilling nature,and people can put this nature into practice.The pursuit of"benevolence" begins with family life,starts with filial piety and gradually extends to social life,manifesting as virtues such as loyalty,wisdom,and integrity;and permeates the practice of etiquette into the process of seeking benevolence,supplemented by "Six Books"and"Six Arts"education,and with the different levels of models of scholars,gentlemen and saints as the goal of"adults"to encourage the world to pursue unremittingly.On the question of how to achieve"success"of human beings,"learning"plays a fundamental and overall role.Confucius regards"learning"as an important way for "improve person",that is,"learning" is a way to realize self-confidence,knowing people and even "improve person".Therefore,in general,"improve person" is not only the crown of men’s 20-year-old or static ideal personality,but more importantly,the dynamic process of achieving ideal personality,which runs through the whole life of human beings.The third part:mainly expounds the contemporary enlightenment of Confucius’"improve person" thought.In the part of contemporary enlightenment,this paper discusses Confucius’ thought of"improve person"from three aspects:the development of contemporary ideological and political education,the Enlightenment of family education,and the suggestions for building a harmonious society in the new era.Among them,it focuses on the possibility and necessity of combining the"improve person" thought with the construction of modern ideological and political education,and drawing on the positive content to contributing the development of contemporary ideological and political education.At present,there are still some problems in the educational process of Ideological and political education,such as the emphasis on knowledge education in educational content,the emphasis on co,mpliance education in normative education,and the singularity of ideal education.Faced with these problems,we should learn from Confucius’ thought of "improve person"to provide concrete measures for contemporary Ideological and political education.For example,in the content of education,respecting morality and emphasizing learning are simultaneously pursued;paying attention to humanistic care in the process of learning,and laying stress on hierarchy in the establishment of ideals,etc.Family as the first environment for people to receive education,there are also some problems,such as spoiling children in the way of education,neglecting the main personality of children and so on.Drawing lessons from the beneficial part of Confucius’ thought of"improve person",we put forward that we should cultivate people by virtue and cultivate their virtues;to respect each other and treat each other as equals;take the initiative of teaching as a model to create a good family environment and help children grow healthily.In the construction of a harmonious society,we should learn from the positive content of "improve person"thought and integrate it into the social construction of the new era,so that it plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between people and people and society.Of course,for the spoiled part of Confucius’"improve person"thinking,we must abandon and modernize the transformation,such as the support of the feudal hierarchical order,the belief in the goddess of ghosts and gods,which we must abandon;while the part of attaching importance to moral cultivation and weakening knowledge learning needs us to modernize and make it conform to the development requirements of modern society. |
