Research On The Technique Of Electronic Music Soundtrack In The Documentary Of "The New Silk Road"

In the September 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the strategic concept of building a "New Silk Road Economic Belt".The new silk road has brought a different historical mission and connotation to the silk road.Today,our research and development of the silk road will also create its unique value.Moreover,the electronic music can respond to this connotation with the times.The documentary " The New Silk Road" was produced by CCTV after two years of shooting since 2004 which was a masterpiece first broadcasted in March 2006.The original soundtrack album of the same name " New Silk Road" and the soundtrack are the works of Xi 'an composer Cheng Chi.This article takes two of these works," Loulan of Life and Death" and " Kashgar of Crossroads" as examples.It adopts the professional composing techniques and theoretical knowledge of electronic music composition.This paper analyzes the composing techniques of the electronic music works of the Silk Road by combining words,charts and music examples.It shows the unique style and expressive force of the composer Cheng Chi's electronic music works on the silk road.In order to further explore the composer's approach to the combination of electronic music and national elements.After analysis,the paper summarizes the fusion methods of electronic music and ethnic music with the aim of expanding the influence of the silk road.At the same time,it hopes to give reference and help to the creators of electronic music who take it as the material with the "Silk Road".
