Field Research On The Art Of The “Cixian Drums”

“Cixian Drums” is the most popular folk music performance in Cixian County,Hebei Province.Its performance form is simple and simple in dance steps and movements,This form of performance is mainly composed of four percussion instruments,namely,the gongs and drums,the horses,the big cymbals and the small cymbals,which play a powerful and powerful art form.The historical origins of the “Cixian drums” can be traced back to the Eastern Wei Dynasty of the Northern and Southern Dynasties more than 1,400 years ago.Like a "living fossil",it has a rich historical heritage.The inheritance and protection work of the“Cixian drums” has also been put on the agenda.In 2006,it was listed as the first batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage in Hebei Province.However,when it was passed down and protected,it was found that the inheritance of the magnetic county drums was mainly based on oral communication,and there was no spectrum.This is easy to cause mistakes and loss in the process of inheritance.In view of this,The author chooses to conduct a field survey on the “Cixian drums” and obtain first-hand score data.According to sociology,folklore and other related theoretical methods,Make up for lack of music score,To lay the foundation for the study of the workers of the “Cixian drums”.This paper is divided into six parts to elaborate: The first part introduces the reason and theoretical significance of the topic selection,and clarifies the basic ideas based on folklore theory and folk music method;The second part starts from the name of the “Cixian drums”,and traces the historical origins of the “Cixian drums” in Cixian County and the functional changes in the development of Cixian County.The third part introduces the author’s way of field investigation,reveals the human geography environment of the county,and starts to outline the material composition and performance form of the magnetic “Cixian drums”.Thefourth part analyzes the “Cixian drums” rhythm characteristics and the structural characteristics of the “Cixian drums” and the development techniques used by the drums of the magnetic county.The fifth part begins with the social function of“Cixian drums”.Through the analysis of the social function transformation of Cixian drums and drums,based on cultural anthropology,the paper discusses the ways in which the magnetic county drums borrow government propaganda and support,and the local tourism culture.The combination of the development model,as well as the way in which the magnetic county drum art enters the school music classroom and fits the development of modern society,carries on the inheritance and exploration of reform and innovation;the last part summarizes the field investigation and research on the magnetic drum art in Cixian County,Cixian County The finishing work of the drum music card laid the theoretical foundation for the inheritance and development of the“Cixian drum”.
