The ultimate purpose of language learning is to apply what one learns into practice.Therefore,the ultimate goal of current English instruction is to cultivate students' comprehensive ability to apply language in real life.Writing,as one of the important ways of language output,can train students' ability of logical thinking and written language expression,and reflect students' ability of comprehensive language application.Based on the constructivism,the author proposes the application of interactive teaching in junior high schools English writing teaching by analyzing the current situation of junior high schools English writing teaching.The purpose of this study is to research the following two questions: 1.Can interactive teaching help arouse junior high schools students' English writing enthusiasm? 2.Can interactive teaching help improve junior high schools students' English writing ability?Firstly,the author makes a literature review on the definition and previous research of interactive teaching at home and abroad as well as its principles and theoretical basis,and then defines interactive teaching in this research.Briefly,interactive teaching in this paper means that the students must be the center in the teaching of writing,through interaction and communication between teachers and students,students and students,students and text or materials,teacher and text or materials to arouse the students' writing enthusiasm and improve the students' writing ability.And then,the subjects,the 140 students are selected from two parallel classes in Grade 9 of Yifu Middle School in Tianshui City.The experiment lasted for one semester.The Class 10,Grade 9 is the experimental class,which is given interactive writing teaching,while Class 3,Grade 9 is the controlled class,which is given product writing teaching.On the basis of relevant theories,the application and case of interactive teaching in junior high schools English writing teaching are introduced.The questionnaires,interviews and tests are used to collect the experimental data.Finally,SPSS 22.0 is used to analyze and discuss the data of tests and questionnaires after the experiment,so as to verify the application effect of interactive teaching in junior highschools English writing teaching.The results and discussion indicate that the application of interactive teaching in junior high schools English writing teaching can arouse students' English writing enthusiasm and improve students' writing ability to a certain extent.In addition,the author analyzes and summarizes the implications and proposals about the application of interactive teaching in junior high schools English writing teaching.It is hoped that it can provide some suggestions for the improvement and optimization of interactive English writing teaching.
