Research On The Cultural Construction Of Reservior Resettlement Village In Fuqing County

Since 2006,immigrants in the reservoir area of Fuqing County,have implemented late support projects through immigrants.Their production and living standards have been greatly improved,the harmonious development of the reservoir area has been further consolidated,and the needs of immigrants for spiritual and cultural construction have been increasing.However,migrant cadres and cadres do not pay enough attention to cultural construction,do not invest enough funds,and do not have a sound management system for the construction of cultural facilities.As a result,the cultural construction of immigrant villages in the reservoir areas is relatively backward and can not meet the requirements of the socialist new rural construction and rural revitalization strategies.The overall development of immigrant villages in the reservoir area has not been achieved.This article takes cultural construction of immigrant village in the reservoir area of Fuqing County,as the research object,and through the field investigation of the immigrant villages in the reservoir area of Fuqing county,using the theory of cultural construction and public products,adopts the methods of literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey,object interview,and induction and rectification.starting from the present situation of cultural construction of the immigrant villages in the reservoir area of Fuqing County,This paper analyzes the imbalance in cultural construction and development,the idleness of cultural public facilities,the monotony of cultural activities and the backwardness of cultural ideas in the cultural construction of immigrant villages in Fuqing County.Noting that the main reasons for the relative lag in the cultural construction of migrant villages at present lie in the insufficient awareness and ideological awareness of the cultural construction of migrant villages and the insufficient investment in cultural construction in migrant villages in the reservoir area,The management system for the construction of cultural facilities is not strong,and the construction of cultural teams in immigrant villages in the reservoir areas is lagging behind.After induction and consolidation,in the promotion of cultural construction of immigrant villages in Fuqing County,We will put forward countermeasures and suggestions on changing the concept of government management,formulating plans for the development of cultural construction,improving the input mechanism for cultural construction,establishing long-term mechanisms,innovating cultural service mechanisms,and strengthening personnel protection,and explore the development of immigrant villages in the reservoir area from the perspective of cultural construction.It will help promote the stability of the reservoir area,help the construction of the beautiful reservoir area and coordinate the development of urban and rural areas,and it will promote the construction of a harmonious society and new rural areas.
