A Report On The Escort Interpretation Of Heilongjiang Music Museum

Heilongjiang Music Museum is the first music culture-oriented museum across the country.With the clothing of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,Heilongjiang Music Museum has organized a series of activities on the theme of “Learn about the Music Culture in Heilongjiang”.As an interpreter of the museum,the writer participated in the activity in September,2017.Based on this practice,the writer expounded the practical problems during the interpreting and analysed them with practical cases,presented corresponding interpreting methods and skills and summarized personal experience in the end.There are four chapters in this thesis: Firstly,the writer provides a general overview of the task,covering background information,characteristics,the client and its demands.Secondly,the writer describes the general process of this interpreting including pre-interpreting,in-interpreting and after interpreting.Thirdly,the writer makes cases study on key points and difficulties such as the interpreting of traditional Chinese musical instruments and historical events and attempts to provide corresponding tactics on them after deep analyses.At last,the writer makes a summary based on this interpreting practice and tries to give some suggestions to interpreters who work on interpreting of music-themed museum texts.
