| This paper takes college students as the research object and adopts the random sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on college students’ proactive personality,career calling,future orientation and career exploration.On the basis of using confirmatory factor analysis,variance analysis,intermediary effect inspection and so on statistical methods to explore the relationship between the college students’ proactive personality,career calling,future orientation and career exploration.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the contemporary college students have strong proactive personality,career calling and future orientation,career exploration is the medium level.(2)there are significant differences between the students’ proactive personality,career calling,future orientation and career exploration in terms of gender,professional type,and whether they serve as class cadres.Proactive personality were significantly higher than that of the school of science living engineering science;Compared with male college students,female college students have higher future orientation.The level of future orientation of non-only-child students is more abundant than that of the only one;The class cadre college students to produce more career exploratory behavior than not served as the class cadre of students.Whether to sign the employment agreement there were significant differences in career exploration,career exploratory behavior is helpful to college students’ employment smoothly.(3)students’ proactive personality,career calling,future orientation and career exploration are significantly correlated.(4)the proactive personality of college students has a positive predictive effect on career exploration.(5)the career calling and future orientation of college students play some intermediary role between proactive personality and career exploration.(6)college students’ career calling and future orientation in chain intermediary role between proactive personality and career exploration.Based on the above research,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)carrying out education with a career calling as the direction of career guidance;(2)guiding college students to conduct career exploration correctly;(3)improving the initiative of college students’ career planning. |
