A Study On The Intervention Of Rational Emotive Therapy To Unhealthy Parentage Of Hospitalized Children With Leukemia

According to statistical information,China currently has about 4 million children with leukemia,increasing at an annual rate of 20 thousand,which is a serious social problem The unhealthy parentage of leukemia children in X hospital in Wuhan has seriously affected the treatment of children and the work of health care provider。there are many types of the unhealthy parentage in Wuhan X children’s Hospital Department of Hematology,specifically divided into alienation,spoiling,contradictory parent-child relationship,each form: 1 single,poor parent-child interactive content.2 spoil the child,the unconditional acceptance of the child’s request,do everything possible to meet,even if the child is wrong,but also to argue for it.3 parents of children,although there is love,but often with a stern,forced attitude or prohibit,order to monitor the child,the child often rebellious,often quarrel between the parents,the outbreak of cold violence in each other home.According to this clue,the author finds that the bad personal relationships are affected by the negative emotions of parents and children.Children negative emotions include: resistance to treatment,bad temper,hysteria,crying,tantrums,and even violence.Negative emotions parents: pressure,often angry,irritable personality,negative,pessimistic and even suicidal thoughts.The root cause of negative emotions lies in the different cognition of leukemia,that is,irrational belief.I first through the "I and my father and mother to make friends" group work,the effect is not obvious after the case service,so as to help the case.rational emotive therapy can be applied to children with leukemia in bad parent-child relationship improvement in practice,but social group work is more effective for alienated parenthood.The biggest regret of this thesis is that the follow-up service can not be carried out,and it is not known whether the service effect can be continued to the family environment.Although it is difficult to establish relationships with the clients because the author’s weakness lies in the lack of practical experience and the medical knowledge,the author hopes to provide empirical references for medical social worker and college social worker students through this practice case.
