In today's society where new media is flooded,the quickest way we can obtain information is “vision”.Our daily life is also done without “vision”.Layout design is one of the important sections in the visual communication profession,and it itself takes into account practical and artistic values.With the impact of new media on traditional media,new changes have been made in layout design.This paper mainly studies the application of the new media layout design of visual psychology.For graphic design,it is a once-in-a-lifetime discovery discovery.This dissertation mainly analyzes the techniques and methods of the new media layout design through the knowledge of visual psychology and the related cases of layout design,so as to summarize the techniques of layout design based on visual psychology and the visual psychological feelings in layout design.Based on audience psychology to examine the layout design of new media,the full text is divided into six chapters,namely:The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly expounding the research background,meaning,definition,research at home and abroad on the application of visual psychology in the layout design of new media.The second chapter mainly discusses the application analysis of the features of the design of the visual psychological new media layout.The third chapter expounds the thinking of the new media layout design based on visual psychology from four directions: the visual flow rule of new media layout design,visual information processing,visual space layout and visual order.Then from three aspects to discuss the visual elements of the new media format analysis.The fourth chapter analyzes the application of visual psychology in the layout design of new media,and argues for web design and layout design in H5.The visual psychological feelings they embody in layout design are different.The last chapter combines the practical part of graduation design,comprehensively researching content to effectively comb out,emphasizing that new media layout design needs to be combined with visual psychology more subtly,placing the audience's visual psychological experience in the first place for design.To achieve a high degree of unity between design and psychological experience,this will be a continuous learning and in-depth process.To sum up,in the new media environment,we will pay more attention to the mental experience and visual beauty that the layout design brings to the audience.Therefore,layout design has become one of the basic skills necessary for modern design.Therefore,research on the application of new media layout design based on visual psychology has an important guiding significance.
