Study On The Changes Of Zhang Yi's Literary Images

Zhang Yi was a famous political strategist in the warring states period.In the age of war,his ideal and strategy undoubtedly represented the characteristics of the people in this era.This paper is based on the characters of historical biographies,such as State of War and Historical Records.Combined with relevant scholar's creations,evaluations,as well as historical situation of the time,we can summarize the changes of Zhang Yi's literary images in different eras.The paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is Zhang Yi's ability and cultural inquiry.It is mainly to outline Zhang Yi's biography.Secondly,it is a comparison and analysis of the images of Zhang Yi,which were portrayed in the "Spring and Autumn annals" "State of War" "Historical Records".We can find out Sima Qian's creative motivations.The second chapter is the study of Zhang Yi's images in the Before Tang Dynasty literature.The literary images of this period were mainly manifested in three aspects: "Deceitful and Speculative","Diligent and Positive","Meritorious".The third chapter is the study of Zhang Yi's images in the literature of Tang and Song Dynasties.In this period,Zhang Yi's literary works were generally increasing,and Zhang Yi's evaluations were more objective.The literary images were mainly focused on three aspects: "Cunning and Unprofitable","Talent and Eloquent","Be wronged and Confident with optimism".The fourth chapter is the study of Zhang Yi's images in the literature of Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties.The images of Zhang Yi in these periods had inherited and reformed the previous literature.In addition,Zhang Yi's literary images in the novels had been divorced from the constraints of historical texts and gradually became the conceptual image of "Eloquence" since Yuan Dynasty.This paper is based on the literary text to explore the characters of Zhang Yi's literary images furtherly,at the same time,combining with different social thoughts and the special political environments.Moreover,it can analyze the social and cultural connotation reflected by his images.
