The Study On The Ethical Problems Of Hacker Phenomenon And Its Countermeasures In The Era Of Big Data

In recent years,with the rapid development of the information technology represented by the Internet,we have entered the era of big data.While the data has brought great changes to the world,hacker phenomenon also grows wantonly by the spring wind of big data,and the ethical problems caused by it must not be ignored.These problems not only destroy the Internet environment,but also cause a series of real social crises.The ethical inquiry of hacker phenomenon in the era of big data has also become a problem to be solved urgently.The case analysis method and interdisciplinary research method are used in this paper.On the basis of the previous study of the hacker group and the hacker phenomenon,through the collection and analysis of the famous hacker phenomenon cases at home and abroad in the era of big data and the research results of sociology and psychology,this paper summarizes the hacker phenomenon in the era of big data.The existing ethical problems mainly include the expansion of the lack of Cyberspace Security,the emergence of the crisis of social trust,the weakening and distortion of ethical consciousness and the loss of control of the actual ethics and ethics,and the analysis framework of information technology ethics,starting with the three aspects of the elements,the field of occurrence and application and the social level.This paper analyzes the origin of the ethical problems of the hacker phenomenon in the era of big data,and puts forward some corresponding solutions in the aspects of the strengthening of the consciousness of the main responsibility,the positive guidance of the hacker group,the improvement of the object security prevention technology,the strengthening of the international cooperation and the building of the rules of social ethics,the law and the cultural atmosphere..In order to make the hackers become the builders and guardians of the healthy development of the network,we can make the development of information technology and the perfection of ethics and morality go hand in hand,and create a harmonious and healthy network environment.
