Background: with the development of psychology constantly,school and society to the external performance evaluation index of junior high school students gradually into inner experience,and their academic performance has been the focus of attention.And students' achievement motivation not only directly influences students' academic performance,but also the cornerstone and beacon of a person's lifetime achievement.Research purposes: this study with the method of scale test,explore ways of parents teaching of junior middle school students achievement motivation and the influence of volitional control,to facilitate the achievement of better understanding and guide the student to behavior,cultivate and stimulate students' intrinsic motivation,more effectively implement quality-oriented education,also contributed to development and education psychology related theory,has important theoretical and practical guiding significance.Study subjects and methods: Study subjects and methods: using cluster random sampling method,the junior middle school students in four ordinary middle schools in shanxi province were selected as the respondents(both cities and towns).There are349 people in the first,second and third days,including 160 boys and 189 girls,123 freshmen in the first grade,110 in the second grade,and 116 in the third grade.Using the will control component table,the EMBU,the achievement motivation scale(AMS)as the research tool.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The parents' emotional warmth and understanding are lower than the norm,and the parents' preference for children is equal to the norm.Besides,the scores of other dimensions are higher than the norm test values.The father used more punishment,severity and preference to the boy.In the grade dimension,the emotional warmth and understanding of the father and the harsh parenting style were more obvious in the second grade.With the increase of grade,the mother gave the child warmth and emotional understanding of the parenting style gradually weakened;The school is located in the countryside compared with the city,the parents of urban children are more used in the positive parenting style.(2)There is no significant difference between the primary and middle school students.There is a significant difference between the years,the higher the annual level,the weaker the ideographic control system;The school is in the city of the city of the children of the idea of the control of the ability of the high in the rural village.(3)The achievement motivation of junior high school students is not significant in gender and school location.The level of motivation to pursue success and overall achievement motivation decreases with the increase of grade.The second year was significantly higher than the other two grades in avoiding failure motivation.(4)The parenting style of father and mother is closely related to each dimension;Part of the parenting style is related to achievement motivation and will control.(5)Parents' emotional warmth and understanding and will control have a significant positive predictive ability for achievement motivation,and father's preference for the test is of significant significance to the negative predictive ability of achievement movement;The father's emotional warmth understood the positive predictive ability of the will control,and the mother preferred the test to the negative predictive function of the will control.(6)Will control in the parents' emotional warmth,understanding and achievement motivation refers to the partial intermediary role between parents' emotional warmth and understanding can directly predict achievement motivation,can also be controlled by the will predict achievement motivation.
