A Practical Study On Warming-up Activities In Teaching Chinese To Children Of Other Languages

‘Warming-up',which originated in the field of sports,combined with Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages gradually.With the development of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,warming-up which combined with educational practice became the first step of the whole teaching procedure.As the first step,it has a deep influence on the whole teaching.Therefore,it is particularly important whether takes this step and how to take this step.First and foremost,this paper expounds the subject and international developing background of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.The author talks about the importance of warming-up activities in Teaching Chinese to Children of Other Languages based on the teaching experience as a volunteer of Chinese teacher in Thailand.Furthermore,according to many academic research materials at home and abroad,the paper analyses the history,present situation and development of warming-up activities.Then,the author will design some warming-up activities and teaching plan of Teaching Chinese to Children of Other Languages through analysis of children's physical and mental development,language learning rules and developmental psychology.It will also promote research and development of Teaching Chinese to Children of Other Languages and improve the whole development system of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.
