Research On The Relationships Between Adult Attachment, Social Support And Interpersonal Trust In Civil Servants

In recent years,the news on the sub-health of civil servants has been frequently reported,and relevant government agencies and social organizations have paid more and more attention to the physical and mental health of civil servants.It is not only because the controversial 80 s,90s has entered the work,after which be will be the main force of the civil service,and the psychological problems of the retiring civil servants are of great concern,but also due to the needs of civil servants as a person and the limitations of previous studies on adult attachment,social support and interpersonal trust.Therefore,this study mainly analyzes the relationship between adult attachment,social support and interpersonal trust.It focuses on whether civil servants' social support as a intervening variable between adult attachment and interpersonal trust.This paper expounds the necessity of mental health construction of civil servants,and gives some countermeasures and suggestions.The adult attachment measurement in this study was based on the adult attachment scale(AAS),which was revised in 2004 by wu weili et al.The social support scale adopted the social support rating scale(SSRS)compiled by Xiao shuiyuan(1990).Interpersonal trust is based on the Chinese version of the interpersonal trust scale compiled by Ratter.In nanyang city and subordinate counties measure different business units,650 employees,according to the demographic variables on adult attachment of civil servants,social support and interpersonal trust status quo and the mediation effect were studied.Through scientific empirical approach,this thesis not only enrich the civil servant's adult attachment,social support and interpersonal trust of empirical research,also provides theoretical support and guidance for the construction of specification self-discipline and coordination and orderly high quality talent team,a service-oriented government,and promotion of higher efficiency and quality of the civil service.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Civil servants' adult attachment,social support and interpersonal trust are different in different demographic variables.For example,civil servants' adult attachment,social support and interpersonal trust are different in different places of residence.In terms of gender,only adult attachment is different.2.There is a clear correlation between adult attachment,social support and interpersonal trust.The closeness dimension of adult attachment is positively correlated with social support and interpersonal trust,and there is a significant positive correlation between social support and interpersonal trust.3.The degree of adult attachment can effectively predict social support and interpersonal trust,that is,it can predict social support through adult attachment,adult dependence and adult anxiety level.Interpersonal trust can be predicted through the dimension of intimacy in adult attachment and the dimension of subjective support in social support.4.Civil servants' social support plays an intermediary role in adult attachment and interpersonal trust.
