Ethical Thinking On Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Targeted poverty alleviation,as the guiding principle of China's current poverty alleviation work,major poverty alleviation methods and poverty alleviation systems,has accelerated the advancement of poverty alleviation work in China with its precise characteristics and advantages,and has made great strides in improving the living environment for the poor,and has gradually achieved poverty alleviation.And while it has achieved remarkable results,the lack of ethics in poverty alleviation work has become increasingly serious and ethical issues have become prominent.Problems such as lack of respect for human dignity and injustice in poverty alleviation require us to ask questions and answer questions.Poverty alleviation should enable the poor to have better income and living standards.Therefore,they should not only focus on material and short-term assistance,but should also help one to achieve the ability to achieve free and comprehensive development.This requires us to address the ethics issues of poverty alleviation work.Therefore,the article considers and explores from the angle of ethics,and explores the root causes of endless problems and repeated prohibitions.In the name of ethics,regaining the ethical value of targeted poverty alleviation and the value of human freedom and comprehensive development.At the same time,thinking from an ethical perspective on the problems of targeted poverty alleviation will not only help promote better poverty alleviation,but also help people to achieve free and all-round development,so as to truly achieve true poverty alleviation and truly composition of a well-off society by comprehensive people.This article takes an ethical perspective from the beginning to the end,from the table to the inside.We first clarified the concept,definition,and content of targeted poverty alleviation,and then clarified its own ethical value claims and ethical requirements.We combine the lack of ethical values of precision poverty alleviation in practical operations and the difficult practical problems of ethical appeals,analyze the causes,and finally propose corresponding solutions.The paper consists of an introduction and a text.The introduction part mainly includes the origin of the problem research and the value of the selected topic,the summary of research status at home and abroad,the basic ideas and main content of the research,as well as the research methods andpossible innovations.The text is divided into four parts.The first part discusses and clarifies the concept,content and content of targeted poverty alleviation.Among them,the content part first defines and summarizes the four basic contents of targeted poverty alleviation in accordance with relevant policy documents,and secondly,it dives and expands reasonably and appropriately according to actual work and personal understanding;The second part first elaborates the ethical goal of targeted poverty alleviation,namely,ethical appeal.Including the promotion of social fairness and justice,help the poor harvest their happiness.Second,it outlines the ethical requirements that need to be followed in targeted poverty alleviation.Including adherence to the principle of ethical care,adherence to socialist humanitarian principles,and adherence to the principles of fairness and justice;The third part combines the actual clarification and analysis of targeted poverty alleviation and the lack of ethic in the implementation process,as well as the ethical goals and demands for solutions.Than,pointing out the adverse effects of the ethical issues that occur in the targeted poverty alleviation;The fourth part addresses the causes of the ethical issues analyzed above and proposes corresponding solutions.This paper combines literature research,research methods and theory and practice,and may be innovative in the following two aspects.First,compared with other academic perspectives,from the perspective of ethics,is from the object itself to find the root of the problem and the solution to it.That is,excavate its ethical implications and ethical issues,from the policies programs,and practices of targeted poverty alleviation itself.And than propose solutions according to the source of the problem;Second,from an ethical point of view,we are more inclined to place poverty alleviation workers and poor people on an equal footing.Therefore,we will make it clear that we should adopt special and targeted management methods and poverty alleviation methods that include help and punishment,when we face the poor who have a lazy attitude.In order to inspire itself to take the initiative out of poverty.This is also the fairness and maintenance of other poor people and workers who fighting on the poverty line.
