Research On The Subjective Construction Of The Ethical Order Of The Targeted Poverty Alleviation For The Disabled

The precise poverty assistance of poor disabilities is one of the most important things of social work in China.The subject of the ethic order of the targeted poverty alleviation for the disabled involves the source of the ethic order and what subjects jointly constitute the ethnic order framework and assume corresponding ethnic order responsibilities.However,during the practice,unclear subject of the ethnic order and responsibilities result in the failure to form a kind and effective ethnic order of the targeted poverty alleviation for the disabled.Therefore,clarifying the subject and responsibility of the ethnic order of the targeted poverty alleviation for the disabled is an important content to realize the ethnic order of the targeted poverty alleviation.The research attempts to conduct research from below three perspectives.The first part is the consolidation and analysis of the main factors in the subjective construction of the ethical order of the targeted poverty alleviation for disabled people.The responsibility subject of the ethical order for the targeted poverty alleviation for the disabled include three aspects from macro,meso and micro levels,which are the government subjective party,the society subjective party and the impoverished disabled subjective party.The government is the representative and practitioner of public power and public resources,who has absolute public responsibility for the targeted poverty alleviation of the disabled,and carries the main responsibility of the disabled.The society subjective party is an important supplement to the government subjective party and an important part of the ethical order subjective party of the targeted poverty alleviation of the disabled.On the one hand,the impoverished disabled people are the objects and subjects of social assistance.At the same time,they are also the subject of social assistance,the subject of the order of poverty alleviation ethics,as well as the subject and object of the practice of the order of poverty alleviation ethics.The second part covers Chapter Three to Chapter Five.The main content is the responsibility analysis of various ethical responsibility subjective parties.In the process of providing care to the disadvantaged groups,especially for the targeted poverty alleviation for the impoverished disabled,the government should adopt a dominant position,and choose whether to get involved wisely.Depending on the scope and nature of the social subject,the role they play in targeted poverty alleviation are also different.Generally speaking,society needs to provide social tolerance,community groups that they can join,the effective social organization support and care of the able-bodied to the poor and disabled.For poor people with disabilities to change their disadvantaged position,external support provided by precision poverty alleviation alone is not enough.More importantly,they need to rely on the inherent powers including their own moral level,value pursuit,development consciousness and working ability.Chapter Six as the last part proposes the approaches for the ethical order practice for the targeted poverty alleviation of the disabled.To guarantee the basic survival of the impoverished disabled people is the bottom line of the government’s targeted poverty alleviation work.To continuously cultivate and improve the development capabilities of the poor disabled people in the social structure is the responsibility of the social subject of the ethical order construction of the targeted poverty alleviation for the disabled people.Finally,the impoverished disabled people have the right to pursue a happy life,they need to use their own persistence and efforts to establish self-survival and self-development of the will and confidence from the internal personality and to reflect self-value and self-ability.
