As the requirement for quality of life increasing,people are concerned about the quality of daily life and including the last painful period before dying.The overall development of society in China is an inevitable trend that results in gradual growth and the improvement of hospice care.More and more people understand and accept the concept of hospice care which is a necessary need for them.Public gradually realize the importance of facing death calmly and the impact on relatives.On one hand,people's demand for hospice care is increasing.The establishment of hospice care service and the growth of hospice staff have promoted the development of this career continuously.On the other hand,since the start-up of our country's hospice care is young and the relevant service system need to be enhanced,the overall level of our country's hospice care is not good.We need to improve not only the legislation and related administration systems,but also the staff qualification and awareness which need to be strengthened.Due to the lack of understanding and application of relevant ethical principles,many hospice staff have various kinds of ethical confusion,which has become an important factor hindering the development of hospice care.This article aims to classify ethical dilemmas of the hospice care partly from an ethical perspective so that they can reduce their own obstruction and serve the patients better.Through different aspect analyses,such as social norm,education,and management system.It is the intention of this work to provide some feasible suggestions in order to help the development of our country's hospice care.This article refers to a large number of researches and studies to explore the problems encountered by hospice staff from ethical perspective.Using literature,comparison,qualitative research,and interdisciplinary comprehensive analysis methods.we analyze the ethical dilemmas of hospice staff in China through the interpretation of ethical cases of deficiencies in practice and through the comparison of ethical principles,and explore the reasons and the possible solutions,giving suggestions for ethical guidance and related system construction for hospice staff.
