The Analyse Of Hanfei’s Theory Of "Taoism And Legalism" | Posted on:2019-04-22 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Guo | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2405330566495457 | Subject:Chinese philosophy | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | As a master of legalist school,there seems to be no intersection between Hanfei and Taoism.This article will analyze the generation of the thought of Hanfei’s “Taoism and legalism ”,the theoretical meaning of the “Taoism and legalism ”,and the practical application of the“Taoism and legalism ”.It also analyzes the similarities and differences between the thought of Hanfei’s “Taoism and Legalism” and the thought of the Huang Lao Taoism’s “Taoism and Legalism”.The first chapter of the thesis mainly discusses the theoretical origins of Hanfei’s Taoism and legalism thoughts.This is the background and foundation for the research of Hanfei’s Taoism and legalism thoughts.By analyzing the influence of Lao Zi,Xun Zi,Legalist school and Huang Lao school on Hanfei’s thoughts,We can find the historical and cultural origins of Hanfei’s Taoist thoughts.The second chapter mainly discusses the deduction path of Hanfei’s Taoism thought.Hanfei inherited and developed Laozi’s "Taoism",and introduced the concept of "Principle",which allowed the "Taoism" to be specifically extended to "Taoism and Principle" and extended the "Taoism" to a specific political level with the concept of "Principle".In conjunction with the "Legalism",it establishes the inherent unity of the universal regular "Taoism" and the actual,concrete regular "Legalism".’The third chapter mainly discusses the political application of Hanfei’s Taoism and analyzes Hanfei’s integration between the thought of Legalist school and the Taoism’s "xu jing" in his political ideas.On the one hand,only the monarch use the Legalism as the basis and criterion for acting can he better realize the inner peace.At the same time,the state of the monarch’s “xu jing” is actually aimed more at conforming to the legalism to act.If the monarch keep the inner peace and apply to the legalism,the state will have a good governance.On the other hand,what Hanfei advocated as a result of “xun ming zeshi” is still to rely on “yi fa zhi guo”.The article also analyzes the similarities and differences between Hanfei’s thought of“Taoism ” and Huang Lao Taoism’s thought of “Taoism”.Through the comparison of the ways of understanding and the aim of understanding of "Taoism" between Hanfei and Huang Lao school.Huang Lao felt “Taoism” through the intuitive way,and thought that after he felt “Taoism ”,he can know everything,and Hanfei knows the “Taoism”through the function of “Principle” in the real world.thus,understanding "Taoism" has the feasibility and reality.Huang Lao Taoism is closely integrated with social reality.However,“Ti Taoism”is the purpose of Huang Lao Taoism,and it is also a precondition for his exploration of social governance.He actually focuses on the “Taoism and Legalism”which based on the doctrine of Taoism.Hanfei used the understanding of "Taoism" as the theoretical basis for the realization of the rule of law,and moved to depending on the "Legalism" to govern the country. | Keywords/Search Tags: | HanFei, Taoism, Principle, Legalism | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
