| This paper analyzes and provides the systemic acoustic data of Shangjiang Dialect in Huazhou Cantonese.It consists of six charpters.Chapter One introduces basic features and current research situation of the dialect,and the methods the paper employed.Charpter Two focuses on the phonetic features of vowels,by means of getting data of 7 vowels,confirming their range and analyzes 12 diphthongs to make sure the basic vowels according to the formant pattern and their duration.Charpter Three focus on the phonetic features of consonants,by means of anaylazing the sound spectrograms,duration,formant to study the the manner of articulation and place of articulation.Chapter four focuses on the the phonetic features of tones,by means of analyzing with synchronic and diachronic respect to study the developing rules,as well as analyzing and pitch diagrams to study the pitch features.Charpter Five focus on the plosive voice and nasal voice in airflow and air pressure,to distinguish between the voiceless and the voiced,aspirated and unaspirated,different nasal voice.Chapter Six is a summary of this paper and propose the problems that remain to be solved.Based on the above researches and previous studies,re-systemize the phonological system of Shangjiang Dialect in Huazhou. |
