Teacher's professional well-being is a continuous happy experience and vigorous life movement,which is resulted by the obtain of satisfaction in career,by the free realization of their career ideal,by the improvement of their self-efficacy,by the implement of their self-potential and by the acquirement of their own value or meaning of life forever.This study will be conducted under Cross & Hong's latitudes division in the model of “Individual and Environment”;Based on Tal Ben Shahar's four kinds of life model to summarizes the present situation,to find the influential factors and characteristics of English teachers 'well-being in some colleges and Universities in Xinjiang.According to Seligman's vision in the theory of continuing happiness that “Having the sense of well-being is feel the surging of "vigorous vitality",using Frank's Meaningful Therapeutics as a methodology to explore strategies to improve professional well-being.And the ultimate goal is to further improve the professional well-being of English teachers in colleges and universities in Xinjiang and then to sublimate their lives so as that they can have an ideal life standard as which is described in Feng Youlan's books.This study takes use of the questionnaire survey method to get the overall status of occupational happiness of English teachers in colleges and universities by analyzing the data collected in Xinjiang.Then,based on the results of data analysis,a case study with rich experience and high research value was selected by using the method of "Purposative Sampling".The purpose of case narrative study is to verify the relevance of the dimensions of the scale in this investigation.Secondly,we should enlighten and guide the subjects to talk about the meaningful and valuable teaching events which happened in him cooperating to find out the implicit educational concepts and life idea.Thirdly,the factors influencing the professional happiness of teachers in colleges and universities are found and summarized in Xinjiang.Finally,cooperate to develop the corresponding strategy of improving the professional happiness of English teachers in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.The main conclusion of this study is that: The occupational happiness of English teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities is relatively high.The factors of personality growth,life vitality,life satisfaction,health concern,altruistic behavior,self-worth,friendly relationship and so on have significant correlation with happiness.The main conclusions of this study are: In general,teachers 'professional happiness is relatively high;there is a significant correlation between teachers' personal growth,life vitality,life satisfaction,health concerns,altruistic behavior,self value,friendly relationship and happiness;English teachers in colleges and universities with different marital status have significant differences in life satisfaction in Xinjiang,friendly relationship and health concerns.Teachers of different teaching ages have significant differences in the dimension of friendly relations and health concerns,teachers of different titles have significant differences in the dimension of interpersonal relations and health concerns,and teachers of different monthly incomes have significant differences in the index of happiness and satisfaction of life,the higher the level of happiness score.According to the research results,the following suggestions are put forward to further improve the occupational well-being of teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities:teachers pay attention to the overall promotion,effective management in schools,and social understanding support.
