| With the development of society, people are updating their conceptions. Theunique values of art education are accepted by more and more people. As aninalienable part of compulsory education, elementary art education is gradually beingperfected, and shows the bright future.As the cradle of elementary art teachers, art teachers’ education higherpedagogical fine arts education is based on the fundamental education to cultivateordinary fine arts education talent for the basic education and quality education inprimary and middle schools. It is closely connecting with the courses and thestudents in primary&middle schools. Acting as the bridge between qualityeducation and primary&middle school students, art teachers’ education in highschool needs to improve their quality to keep pace with the times, to meet the need ofsocial and the reform of the basic education. It needs art teachers’ education not onlyto maintain their independence, but also should improve itself from many aspects,such as curriculum, teaching method, instructional evaluation, etc.Using the training programs and lesson plans of the Higher Art Educationprofessional in Xinjiang region as the study object, through literature research,questionnaires, interviews and comparative analysis, this study investigates thecurriculum and its problems of art education of normal Schools of Higher Educationin Xinjiang region, and made specific comments and suggestions for curriculumconsidering.The main body of the paper consists of five parts: the first part is to trainspecifications and the share of the proportion of courses of different types of coursesand subjects of the courses offered to conduct a preliminary review of the Higher ArtEducation training goal in the Xinjiang region, according to the survey information.The second part is the investigation of the Xinjiang Higher Art Education in demandfor professional courses, art education graduates, the practice base for teachers, highteacher colleges art education experts to the three aspects of the investigation, andsummed up to reflect the problem. The third part of the domestic focus of the HigherArt teacher education programs set features summary in addition to their curriculumcharacteristics and revelation. The fourth part is combined with the second part ofsummed up the problem and the third part of the revelation, summed up theinadequacies of the Higher Art Education Curriculum in the Xinjiang region and from external environmental factors, their factor analysis to contain the Xinjiangregion of the Higher Normal School of school of Art Education curriculum factors.The fifth part is to summarize the previous four parts of the content based on thecombination of the Xinjiang region in Normal Colleges to submit reform proposalsand countermeasures, and the design concept of curriculum structure. |
