| Tangut inheritance system is an important part of the Tangut legal system,has important significance for the study of Tangut,Tangut protection system and the distribution of family property.In this paper,"Tian Sheng law" as the main reference,the main content and features of inheritance with western society and Chinese historical documents unearthed in Tangut inheritance system analysis.The main contents of the Tangut inheritance system include the hereditary inheritance,the inheritance of property and the way of inheritance.The official official hereditary hereditary tradition,including the scope,limits and is in the range and limit of hereditary and other aspects;inheritance including male family members and female members of the property inheritance,which relates to the "cohabitation finances" principle;Tangut inherited the main mode including the eldest sonand his uncles and brothers inheritance and adoption succession,Tangut adopted inheritance system more perfect.The characteristics of Tangut inheritance system were analyzed from the army is mandatory,to explore the inheritance has the universality and flexibility as well as limited women’s property right of inheritance has inheritance system of Tangut inheritance system to do a more comprehensive and detailed summary,also studies the internal relations and the official system of Tangut,Tangut inheritance system family,society and military system.Through the study of Tangut inheritance system,it helps us to have a comprehensive understanding of the general situation of Tangut society and the characteristics of Tangut legal system,so as to play a significant role in understanding Tangut’s historical development. |
