Vocational students are the future force of craftsmen.Fostering the spirit of craftsman in vocational colleges is in line with the students' overall qualities and personal development needs.It is more conform with the needs of national strategic development.Therefore,the cultivation of the spirit of craftsman in vocational students is urgent and necessary.Vocational students may lack understanding of the spirit of craftsman,and affect the formation of their craftsmanship;their school may also lack awareness of the spirit of craftsman,and the way of cultivate stays in professional courses,ideology and politics,etc.,and it is urgent to think about new practicality and effectiveness ways.The cultivation of artisan spirit is related to art education,but art education is also a weak link in higher vocational education.Higher vocational colleges often neglect the special role of art education to promote the formation of craftsman spirit of vocational students.This study attempts to answer what is the spirit of craftsman? What is the structure of the spirit of craftsman in vocational students? The relationship between art education and the spirit of craftsman of vocational students? And how to use art education to promote the formation of the spirit in vocational students.This study aims at the concept of craftsmanship,the composition of artisan spirit for vocational students,and the relationship between art education and the spirit of vocational students.Based on the analysis of related research,this study uses questionnaires,interviews,and other research methods.The situation of artisan spirits and art education were investigated.The influencing factors of artisan spirit of vocational students were analyzed,and the strategies for promoting the formation of spirit in vocational students through art education were discussed.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated background and the significance of the research,puts forward the research questions,combs and summarizes the relevant documents,and describes the research plan.The second part analyzes the concept of craftsman's spirit,defines the connotation of the craftsman's spirit,and analyzes the structure of the craftsman spirit of vocational students.The third part analyzes the relationship between art education and the spirit of artisan in vocational students from the theoretical perspective.From the perspective of technology and art,artisan spirit and art,it analyzes the inner connection between art education and the spirit of craftsman in vocational students.The fourth part is an empirical investigation of the status quo of artisan spirit and art education of vocational students.Using the self-made "Artisan Spirit and Art Education Survey" as a survey tool,some students from six vocational colleges in Chongqing are selected as the survey objects.Some interviewees were selected for in-depth interviews to analyze the status of artisan spirit and art education in vocational students.The results show that the vocational students' spirit awareness of craftsmen is generally good,but the quality of craftsman has yet to be improved.There are obvious population differences in the status of artisan spirit and art education among vocational college students;vocational colleges pay insufficient attention to art education.The art education curriculum is lacking;the cultivate way of the spirit of craftsmen in vocational students is monotonous;the art education are better in the schools,and the situation of artisans spirit in higher vocational schools is better.The fifth part is the strategy of using art education to promote the formation of artisan spirit of vocational students.According to the theoretical and empirical analysis of art education and craftsmanship spirit,based on the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,it is proposed to raise awareness of art education in order to increase approach.Optimizing the art education courses to promote the formation of artisan spirit,and enrich the form of art education to make the spirit of craftsman into their life.Vocational colleges should have a correct understanding of the spirit of artisans,pay attention to the cultivation of students' overall qualities,raise awareness of the special role of art education,and actively optimize school art education;vocational students should raise awareness of artisan spirit and strive to improve themselves and become qualified high-quality skilled personnel.
