Research On Promoting Culture-Oriented City Construction In Foshan

The culture of a country represents the reproduction of a nation's blood and represents the spiritual home of a nation to survive and develop.In the new historical period,the national cultural strategy has undergone great changes.People realize that if we are to build a well-off society in an all-round way and accomplish the magnificent goal of the Chinese nation's rejuvenation,the first thing to do is to promote the revival and prosperity of the culture,and to ensure the promotion of the national soft power in the culture.Foshan is located in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong.It is not only a place of reform and opening up,a developed region,but also a famous historical and cultural city.For a long time,the economy and culture have always been the two important business cards of Foshan's urban development.While the economy is growing rapidly,the cultural construction of Foshan has also been greatly developed.Foshan City,after its unremitting efforts,has finally qualified in the establishment of a national public cultural service system demonstration area in 2015.It has become the first city in Guangdong province to have the qualification.It also achieved the first place in the eastern group of China.In the same year,Foshan introduced the construction target of "culture oriented city",and was guided by "culture".Consolidate the achievements of urban cultural construction and continue to depict a new chapter of Foshan's urban development.However,in the process of building a "culture oriented city" in Foshan,there are many problems: the practice of promoting the construction of culture oriented city is prior to the study,the construction subject is not aware of the new concept,and what is the concept of "culture oriented city",the main body of the construction of the culture oriented city is the city and the wide area.The new Bureau and the five District Sports Bureau and other cultural departments,promote the work has the authority and promote the shortage of power;the law and regulations are lagging behind,the power of the construction subject is limited,and it is not conducive to the promotion of work.When the government department promotes the culture oriented city,the construction subject has a single structure and the social participation is insufficient.The basic public cultural service equalization level is urgently needed to strengthen management and control;the promotion of cultural oriented city construction needs the support of human and property.Although the Foshan municipal government has gradually increased the investment in urban cultural construction,it is relatively small compared to the urban economic construction.The author works in the local party newspaper culture line in Foshan.It is the first time to contact the government's public cultural service information and track the feedback from various social strata of the Foshan society to the government's public cultural service.It has visited Guangzhou,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Wuxi,Hongkong and other places,and systematically pondered the problems of the local government's cultural construction.There are many problems in the process of building a "culture oriented city" in Foshan.Therefore,I choose the topic of the thesis of MPA,and think about how to promote the construction of Cultural Oriented City in Foshan.Through the questionnaire survey,field interview,data search,literature review and other methods,the paper puts forward how to better Policy proposals to promote cultural oriented cities.This article takes Foshan as the specific research object to carry on the analysis,actually this kind of research has the extraordinary significance in the theory level.First,there is a lack of research and Discussion on the construction of cultural oriented cities.The research in this field can fill the gap in the academic field,and lead the development of basic public cultural services in the direction of order and sustainability in China.Secondly,it selects Foshan as a case study,collects information through various channels and conducts field investigations,analyzes and collects,traces and explores the problems and causes in the process of promoting cultural oriented cities in Foshan,and puts forward pertinent solutions to specific problems,so that the research of this paper is available.Some novelty and completeness.In addition,in 2015,the city of Foshan was approved as the third batch of cities with the qualification of establishing a national public cultural service system demonstration area.It was also the first place in the evaluation of the eastern group of China.Although Foshan has made many achievements in promoting the construction of culture oriented city,there are still many difficult problems in the process of construction.This study can provide valuable reference and guidance for solving these problems.
