Analysis And Efficiency Research Of Jiangsu Culture Manufacturing Industry

The 13 th Five-Year Economic and Social Development Plan of the State and Jiangsu Province has made special plans and deployments for the development of cultural industries and strives to nurture cultural industries as an important pillar industry of the national economy.As an important force for the development of the cultural industry,the cultural manufacturing industry faces the “13th Five-Year Plan” and undoubtedly proposes a new orientation and pursuit for the development of the cultural manufacturing industry in Jiangsu.In addition,with the implementation of the national strategy of “One Belt and One Road” development and the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it will certainly impose higher requirements on the development of cultural manufacturing,which is an important indicator reflecting the quality of industrial development.The important practical significance of high-quality development is one of the economic growth points that Jiangsu has actively nurtured in recent years.Understanding the current status and characteristics of the development quality of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing industry is a prerequisite for achieving its high-quality development.At present,domestic and foreign scholars mainly adopt the random enveloping method for the study of cultural manufacturing efficiency.They do not consider the influence of external environmental factors and random errors on efficiency.The accuracy of the measured results is not high,and the cultural manufacturing industry is not dynamically analyzed during the sample period.With changes in internal efficiency,Jiangsu has a wide geographical area,and differences in economic and cultural differences between regions are obvious.Without considering the impact of external environmental variables and random errors,the results obtained cannot reflect the real situation of the development of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing industry.Therefore,in this paper,the three-stage DEA model is used to study the efficiency of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing industry,making the measured results more objective and accurate.At the same time,the Malmquist index is used to dynamically analyze the production efficiency of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing industry from 2013 to 2015 in order to fully examine the efficiency of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing.The study found that:(1)Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing efficiency is in a rising trend and has good prospects for development,but the efficiency levels in various regions in Jiangsu are quite different;(2)Environmental factors have a significant impact on the calculation of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing efficiency.The impact of environmental variables and random errors on the estimation of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing efficiency must be eliminated.(3)After eliminating the impact of environmental factors and random errors on the estimation of cultural manufacturing efficiency,it was found that relatively inefficient scale efficiency results in relative technical efficiency of Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing industry.The main reasons for the inefficiency are;(4)Jiangsu's cultural manufacturing industry efficiency levels show the decreasing patterns in the three major regions of southern Jiangsu,Central Jiangsu,and northern Jiangsu,and the level of cultural manufacturing industry efficiency in the northern Jiangsu region is far from that in southern Jiangsu;(5)The growth of cultural manufacturing efficiency is mainly driven by technological progress,and the contribution of technical efficiency improvement is relatively small;(6)Scale efficiency dominates the improvement of Jiangsu cultural manufacturing industry production efficiency;(7)Total factor productivity of Jiangsu cultural manufacturing industry is presented The law of decreasing in North Jiangsu,Central Jiangsu and Southern Jiangsu.Finally,based on the results of the study,suggestions were put forward such as improving industrial development policies,strengthening regional exchanges and cooperation,innovating industrial development roads,rationally allocating manufacturing resources,strengthening market traction,and optimizing the scale of industrial development.
