Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction And Management Of Public Cultural Facilities In Zhungeer Qi,Inner Mongolia

The purpose of the construction of public cultural services is to meet the growing cultural needs of people,to ensure that the people are available to enjoy the basic spiritual and cultural products and services.With the pace of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the pace of the construction of public cultural services is speeding up.Governments have issued a lot of policies and regulations about the construction of public cultural services to guide the construction of public cultural services.However,due to the late start of the construction of the public cultural service system in China,there are too many arrears and inconformity economic development and infrastructure construction in various regions,there are many problems in the public cultural service.Based on the investigation and study of the public cultural facilities such as Zhungeer Qi library,museum,stadium and cultural activity room,this paper analyzes the unreasonable planning and layout of the public cultural facilities in the construction and management of public cultural facilities and the investment in the public cultural facilities in Zhungeer Qi.It is not synchronized with the economic development,the investment entities are single,the supply and demand of the facilities are out of line,the management mode is backward,the talents are scarce,and the digital construction is lagging behind.From the heavy construction of public cultural facilities and light planning,the government does not pay attention to it,the investment concept is backward,the effective supply and demand mechanism is missing,the management mode is backward,the talent mechanism is not perfect,and the reasons for the lack of digital understanding are analyzed.In this paper,the construction of public cultural facilities in Zhungeer Qi should be planned as a whole,to establish and improve the fund guarantee system and supply and demand feedback system,and to pay attention to the construction of public culturedigitalization.In the management of public cultural facilities,we should pay attention to the construction of talent mechanism,innovation management model,and improve the quality of service.
